Fill a bathtub to your desired level and temperature. Sprinkle a few intuitive handfuls of Cloudpowder. Allow a few minutes for the oatmeal and clay to dissolve before immersing yourself.
You may choose to light some candles, play relaxation music, or use this as an opportunity to meditate. For best results, treatment time is a minimum of 20 minutes to receive the therapeutic benefits of the clay.
