Domestic Shipping

We aim to send all orders out on the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend or public holidays are processed the following business day.

If you require the parcel as an urgent gift, please contact me at info@blumorganics.com.au so that I can ensure your purchase is sent out on the same day if possible.

Australia Post is currently experiencing delivery delays due to COVID-19, therefore it may take a little longer to get our parcel to you. Delivery to regional areas may take longer, please see the Australia Post website for updates.

Unfortunately, at this stage we are not offering International shipping.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered under the following conditions:

  • The exchange is within 30 days for purchase.

  • The packaging has been opened and only lightly sampled.

Purchases made online can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be in an unopened, undamaged and in resalable condition.

Goods returned will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping charges for returning items will be incurred by the customer. 

 

Gift Exchanges

Gift exchanges are offered under the following conditions:

  • A gifted item can be returned for an exchange if the product is in an unopened, undamaged and resalable condition.

  • Refunds are not available on gift returns.

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, blūm organics will organise a replacement item.

Please send an email to info@blumorganics.com.au and include a photo of the item and a description of the damage to initiate the exchange or return.
